Vendors Information

Welcome to the Vendor's Information section! Our Festival Pride in the Park is the premier and most important event of the calendar year for the LGTB community in the city of Roanoke and surroundings areas. The event welcomes more than 2000 participants every year, including visitors from states as far as Ohio, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, among other states, making it an excellent opportunity to promote and sell any products or services that your company provides. Take advantage of direct sells with the diversity of guests that we welcome in our event.

Additionally, 2009 commemorates the 20th Anniversary of our Festival, milestone that we'll be sure to be remembered by all our participants. Our Festival will be held on Elmwood Park, Downtown Roanoke, VA, on Sunday September 20th, 2009.

Regulations to participate as Vendor in our XX Festival Pride in the Park 2009

The space that you'll have in the park is assigned by our Vendor Coordinator, the earlier that you request your space, the better opportunity you will have to discuss and select your space. Also we invite you to considerate the option to be a Sponsor of Roanoke Pride, Inc. All our levels of Sponsorship count with Vendor spaces (except of the Individual Sponsor), and is important to consider that the Gold Sponsor level includes privilege spaces.

You are responsible for your own set-up and clean-up. Park property, including trees, grass, fences and other resources must not be harmed nor destroyed, defaced or altered in any way.

Tables and tents are not provided but are strongly recommended. For rental information on these or other items, we invite you to contact a rental store, we strongly recommend our friends of Aztec Rental Center at (540)989-1231.
